(CDMA2000 Subscriber Identify Module) An application for CDMA cellphones that provides the same features as the SIM card for GSM cellphones. The CSIM program runs in a smart card inserted into the phone, and the card can be a Removable User Identity Module (R-UIM) for CDMA networks only or a Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC), which can be programmed to run on GSM and UMTS networks.
