An earlier macOS operating system (Version 13.0), introduced in 2022. Ventura added several features. Stage Manager placed the active application in the middle of the screen, and all other apps are moved to the side. Continuity Camera enables people to use their iPhones as a Webcam. Handoff enables FaceTime to be started on one device and continue on another. Spotlight, Safari and Messages have new features; for example, like iOS 16, users can undo a message, and more functions can be performed within Spotlight.
More secure than passwords, Safari Passkeys added more security, and new accessibility functions were included. Renamed System Settings, System Preferences was more streamlined. See
