Version 26 of macOS and the latest Mac operating system. Tahoe is also the last Mac OS to support Intel-based hardware. Tahoe added more Apple Intelligence, the Liquid Glass interface and iPhone integration. Spotlight became an action center for performing tasks without opening an application, and the look of folders on the desktop can be customized with colors and icons.
Released in the fall of 2025, Tahoe supports the following Intel Macs, although security updates are expected in other Intel-based Apple products for a limited time. See
