Definition: computer-generated writing

Using AI to write an article. Increasingly, computers are used to write original text, and when it comes to describing current and newsworthy events, it can sometimes be hard to tell the difference between the computer's output and human prose. However, it may take a long time, if ever, for a computer to write a novel or even describe a technical concept clearly for the lay person. See AI and technical writer.
