Definition: hot site
(1) A disaster recovery facility that mirrors the organization's production databases in real time.  Operational recovery is provided within minutes of a disaster.  Contrast with a "warm site," which periodically updates the databases, and contrast with a "cold site," which has space or equipment available when needed.
(2) A website that is up and running.
(3) An interesting and popular website.  A "cool" site.
