Copy and Pasting Cells
To move a cell or range of cells to a different location, highlight the cells and select Edit/Cut, then go to the new location and select Edit/Paste. To copy a selection, select Edit/Copy instead of Edit/Cut.

A shortcut is to highlight the text, click the right mouse button and select Copy, Cut or Paste from the menu.

Cut, copy and paste buttons are found in the Home ribbon or on the main toolbar. Keyboard shortcuts also work; for example, Ctrl-X, C and V or Command-X, C and V for cut, copy and paste.
