Redirected from: Windows out of memory

Definition: Windows memory limitation

This used to be a major problem for Windows users in the early 1990s with the 16-bit versions of Windows. However, you can still run out of memory if you have too many applications open. The best solution to Windows memory limitations is to purchase more RAM, which is very inexpensive these days. See memory module.
