(Windows Distributed Desktop) Software from Tektronix, Wilsonville, OR, that allowed Unix workstations and X terminals access to Windows applications running under an enhanced version of Windows NT or Windows 2000 Server. An extension to WDD, also abbreviated "WinDD," allowed remote Windows users access to the server as well.
