If you share the computer with others, you can run your program when another user is currently logged on. See also Win Run As Administrator.
Log in (Win 7 and 10)
To log in with username and password while someone
else is logged in, do the following:
1. Hold Shift down
2. Right click program icon in Start menu
3. Select Run As Different User
4. Select user name and type in password
