Definition: Win Name of computer

To display the name assigned to the computer you are working on in order to identify it on the network, do the following:

 DISPLAY NAME (Win 7 and 10)
 1. Select System control panel (Icon view)
 2. Click Advanced system settings
 3. Click Computer Name tab
