(2) (Too Long Didn't Read) Internet slang for a brief summary that appears at the beginning of a lengthy article. TLDR is also used to claim an article is just too long and possibly boring. TL;DR (with semicolon) is a variant. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) is a synonym. See digispeak.
