Definition: Snapdragon
An SoC (system-on-chip) family from Qualcomm that is used in various platforms including Android smartphones and Windows laptops. Introduced in 2007, the popular Snapdragon chips are powered by Qualcomm's GPUs (graphics processing units) and ARM-based CPUs. See Qualcomm, Snapdragon X and SoC.
