Founded in 1998 as NetLedger, Inc. by Evan Goldberg, the company name was changed to its successful product name in 2003. In the 2000s, NetSuite, Inc. made several acquisitions in e-commerce, human resources, email and warehouse management. NetSuite OneWorld added capabilities for multinational corporations. NetLedger, Inc. was originally financed and staffed in part by Oracle and then acquired by Oracle in 2016. See
