A membership organization devoted to mobile infrastructure. Founded in 2003 by ARM, Intel, Nokia, Samsung, STMicroelectronics and TI, the MIPI Alliance has more than 250 members and a dozen working groups. Since inception, it has developed several dozen specifications for smartphones as well as tablets and other mobile devices.
