Definition: Google I/O

(Google Input/Output, Google Innovation in the Open) Google's annual conference for developers, which is held in May or June. Initially in San Francisco's Moscone Center from 2008 to 2015, the venue was changed to the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. Google I/O was canceled in 2020, online in 2021 and back to Mountain View in 2022.

The major topics of the 2022 event were, naturally, Android and Pixel devices, as well as augmented reality and Google's AR platform. See ARCore, Android and Pixel phone.
