Definition: CLIQ


(1) (Cliq) A workplace collaboration application from Zoho Corporation that offers text, audio and video chat along with channels that keep discussions separated. Cliq also offers migration from Slack and integration with Zendesk, Zoho's own customer service software and CRM products. See collaboration software.

(2) An earlier family of Android-based smartphones from Motorola. Introduced in 2009, the CLIQ features a touchscreen and slide-out, physical keyboard. CLIQ consolidated contacts for email, messaging and social networks via MOTOBLUR, a combination of software in the phone and Motorola servers. See Android.
